At RisePulse Clothing, we want your meaningful apparel to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and important information about getting your order to you.

Order Processing
We take about 2-7 business days to create our cut & sew products.
Then you should add shipping times on top of that. The production and shipping speed depends on the product type and destination.
In the table below you can see the production and shipping estimates per country/region.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping
We ship to EU and UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Important: International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier information
You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following shipping restrictions:
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for express or overnight shipping
- Some remote areas may require additional delivery time
- Certain countries may have import restrictions that could affect delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
- Damaged Packages: Please take photos of the damaged packaging and items, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
We stand behind every order. If something goes wrong during shipping, we'll make it right.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery:
- Verify your shipping address is correct in your order confirmation
- Check with neighbors or building management for delivered packages
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Reach out to our customer support team for assistance
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
