Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags still attached
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Intimates, swimwear, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased with a promotional discount of 50% or more
How to Start a Return
Follow these simple steps to return your items:
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click "Start Return." If you checked out as a guest, contact our customer support team.
Select Items & Reason
Choose the items you want to return and select a reason for the return. This helps us improve our products and service.
Print Your Label
You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to your package securely.
Ship Your Return
Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible, and drop off your package at the nearest shipping location. Keep your receipt as proof of shipment.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. Here's what to expect:
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item for a different size or color? We recommend the following process:
- Place a new order for the desired item to ensure availability
- Return your original item for a refund following the steps above
- This ensures you get the right item as quickly as possible
If you prefer a direct exchange, please contact our customer support team and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll make it right:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number and description of the issue
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost
We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Our Error (wrong item, defective, damaged): We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Change of Mind (size, style preference): A flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund
- International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary
- If you've done the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us
